Penny is a Florida Native and longtime surfer.

• Bachelors degree in Aeronautics
• Pursuing Masters degree in Computer Information Systems 
• Material Engineer 

A photographer and a certified web site developer; she has served as a Little League Umpire, and has coached baseball, softball and basketball.

• Penny has been married for 24 years and has four children. She wants to bring a quality web site to you because she cares about our community.  She takes time for herself and believes in daily exercise and continuous education.

She enjoys people, surfing, jogging, bicycling, photography, yoga and much more. 

• Her husband is the hardest working person you have ever met, but he still takes time to say, "we are blessed to live in such a wonderful community with the OCEAN as our playground".
